A Turkish festival starts in Moscow on July 14th, and it is assumed than more than 100,000 people will attend the festival. In the festival, some of the Turkish performers will introduce Turkish traditions and cultures to Russian. Mehmet Samsara Turkey`s Ambassador to Moscow has mentioned that this festival is one of the biggest festivals of all. As he added last year from about 140 million Russian tourists 6 million have visited Turkey. Therefore this festival is held to attract more tourists and to welcome more people from Russia to get to know about turkey. Munir Karaloglu, governor of Antalya, has participated in the event and said that this kind of events and actions make profound connections between people.
